Shipping policy

When will I get my order? 
We will ship your order within 1-3 days. We are based in the UK so all orders within the UK should arrive within 3 days of postage, for the rest of the world it can take from 1-3 weeks but may be longer depending on the destination. 

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have been shipped, but don't worry, you most likely will not have any customs to pay. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fee when they arrive at your country, however with experience, we will always try our best to pack them as disclosed as possible. 

Marked as delivered, but cannot locate parcel?
If you ordered has been marked as delivered but you cannot locate it please contact your local delivery service immediately. It is your responsibility to lodge a report with your local delivery service in this circumstance.

We do not process refund for orders marked as delivered.

Awaiting collection?
If your tracking is marked as 'awaiting collection' or at local delivery service, it is your responsibility to collect it from your local delivery service in a timely manner.
